I can’t even believe I just closed out my fourth year in real estate! As the Grateful Dead said…“What a long strange trip its been!” 80 transactions later… some good, some bad… some ugly… I’m still here and I’m still standing!

What I especially find interesting is the key component that allows a Realtor to hang tough in tight times! What exactly is that gene that we posses as Agents that most others don’t? Seriously, how many people do you know who would get up day after day knowing full well that at the end of the day as well as the week and very often that same month…….NO MONEY HONEY!

I applaud my fellow friends in this biz. Clients think we rake in the dough with every deal. It’s up to us to convey the blood, sweat & tears that go into every successful sale! Maybe we make it look too easy! Oh yeah… just a walk in the park… easy peasy!
